硬膜外及普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉对围术期红细胞变形性的影响

Effects of Epidural Block and Intravenous Procaine Balanced Anesthesia on Erythrocyte Deformability During Perioperation

通过观察２０例硬膜外麻醉（ＥＢ）和普鲁卡因静脉复合麻醉（ＩＰＢＡ）对红细胞变形性（ＲＢＣＤ）的影响，发现ＩＰＢＡ组术后６０ｍｉｎ和第１天ＲＢＣＤ明显下降，而ＥＢ组无明显改变。对于患有ＲＢＣＤ明显降低疾病如高脂血症、糖尿病的患者，上腹部手术时选择ＥＢ优于ＩＰＢＡ。

cases were enrolled in this study on the effects of EB and IPBA on red blood cell deformability (RBCD). The results revealed that RBCD decreased significantly in IPBA group at 60′ and on the first day after operation. EB is more suitable than IPBA for patients undergoing upper abdominal surgery with decreasing RBCD disease such as hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus.
