摘要
为探索腹腔镜技术在肾上腺疾病方面的应用前景和价值，采用腹腔镜技术，经后腹腔径路进行９例肾上腺手术，其中４例一侧肾上腺全切除，５例肿瘤切除，均获成功。介绍了改良的腹膜后间隙穿刺方法和肾上腺游离技术；探讨了穿刺区域的解剖及腹膜后腔解剖的荧屏成像特点，并归纳为一肌、二线、三带；分析了手术并发症。
Retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy with adrenal diseases has been carried out successfully in 9 cases from June 1995 to April 1997. The method of puncturing retroperitoneum was improved. Anatomy of punctured area, separation of adrenal and complications of operations were discussed. Anatomic characteristics of retroperitoneum under laparoscopy were: One muscle two lines and three belts.
