超声内镜诊断表面光滑型胃隆起性病变的价值

Value of endoscopic ultrasonography in diagnosis of gastric bulgy lesion with smooth surface

目的评价超声内镜(EUS)诊断表面光滑型胃隆起性病变的价值。方法胃镜检查发现表面光滑型胃隆起性病变患者548例,行EUS检查并与病理检查比较。结果超声内镜诊断胃息肉321例;胃间质瘤或平滑肌瘤134例,其中起源于黏膜肌层26例,起源于固有肌层108例;胃脂肪瘤38例;胃外压性隆起25例;胃异位胰腺23例;胃囊肿4例;胃底静脉曲张3例。结论 EUS能准确判断表面光滑型胃隆起性病变的起源,并能较好地提示病变性质,对明确该类病变的诊断及指导治疗具有较高的价值。

Objective To investigate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS）in diagnosis of gastric bulgy lesion with smooth surface.Methods Five hundred and forty-eight patients with gastric bulgy lesion with smooth surface were examined by EUS and compared with pathologic examination.Results The diseases and conditions in patients included：321 gastric polyps,134 stromal tumor or leiomyoma（cases derived from 26 muscularis mucosa and 108 cases derived from muscularis propria）,38 lipoma,25 protuberances from outside of stomach wall,23 ectopic pancreas,4 gastric cyst and 3 gastric fundus varices.Conclusion Different layers of stomach with bulgy lesion with smooth surface can be distinguished clearly by EUS leading to definite diagnosis.EUS is important in diagnosis and selecting treatment procedures of gastric bulgy lesion with smooth surface.
