以消化系统症状首发的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的诊治分析

Diagnostic and therapeutic analysis on primary hyperparathyroidism started with gastrointestinal symptoms

目的探讨以消化系统症状首发的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的早期诊治。方法回顾性分析8例以消化系统症状首发的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进病例。结果以消化系统症状首发的原发性甲旁亢患者血钙、尿钙、血清碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素升高,血磷降低,CT有助于定位诊断。治疗可以采用外科手术或者药物治疗。结论以消化系统症状首发的原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的诊断应重视实验室检测及CT定位检查,才能达到早期发现、早期诊治。

Objective To explore the early diagnosis of primary hyperparathyroidism started with gastrointestinal symptoms.Methods Eight cases of primary hyperparathyroidism initialized as gastrointestinal symptoms were analyzed retrospectively.Results Serum calcium,urine calcium,serum alkaline phosphotase and parathyroid hormone elevated,while serum phosphate decreased in hyperparathyroidism started with gastrointestinal symptoms.Computer tomography was helpful to determine the location of the neoplasia.Surgery and medical treatment were all recommended to deal with this disease.Conclusion Laboratory investigations and CT scan are very important to diagnose and treat primary hyperparathyroidism started initially with gastrointestinal symptoms.
