肠易激综合征是常见的功能性肠病,其发病机制不但涉及肥大细胞、肠嗜铬细胞的数量异常,5-羟色胺等细胞因子、细胞通透性也发生改变,还涉及免疫系统等的异常。

Irritable bowel syndrome is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders（FGIDs）.Abnormal of cell（mast cell and enteroendocrine cell）number,changes of cytokine（5-HT,et al）and cell permeability may be involved in the patho-genesis of irritable bowel syndrome（IBS）.Immune activation also plays a pathogenic role in IBS.
