甘草不同粒径粉末的粉体特性和体外溶出实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较甘草不同粒径粉末的粉体学特征和体外溶出度,对粒径大小与甘草黄酮溶出特点的关系进行研究,探索超微粉碎技术在中药甘草中的应用。方法通过光学显微镜观察不同粒径粉末的粉末形貌和细胞特征,并对粉体学参数休止角和粒径分布进行测定;采用紫外分光光度法测定甘草总黄酮的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分甘草苷的含量;用恒温搅拌溶出法对4种粉末中甘草总黄酮和甘草苷的溶出特点进行研究。结果甘草超微粉和普通粉的粉体学特征、表面形态差异较大;甘草超微粉中甘草总黄酮和甘草苷溶出的速度与溶出量要高于普通粉。结论超微粉碎后有助于甘草饮片中甘草黄酮的溶出,粉碎粒度对甘草黄酮的溶出有显著影响。微粉化能促进甘草黄酮的充分利用。 Objective To characterize the micromeritic properties and in vitro dissolution of common powder and micropowder of Glycyrrhizae radix and explore the application of micronization technique in preparation of the drug. Methods The morphological and cellular characteristics of the 4 powders of Glycyrrhizae radix were examined microscopically, and their angle of repose and size distribution were measured. The content of licoflavone and liquirtin in the powders were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry, respectively. The dissolution rate of the active ingredients in the micropowder and common powder was studied by constant temperature mixing dissolution method. Results Significant differences were observed between common powder and micropowder in particle characteristics and surface morphology. The dissolution rates and the concentrations of the corresponding ingredients in the micropowder were higher than the common powder. Conclusion Micronization is helpful for better utilization of the active components in Glycyrrhizae radix.
