LISS钢板在治疗股骨远端骨折畸形愈合的应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨应用微创内固定系统(LISS)在治疗股骨远端骨折畸形愈合的临床效果。方法自2007年1月~2009年5月间,应用LISS钢板治疗7例股骨远端粉碎性骨折畸形愈合,其中向外成角畸形5例,最大18°,平均16°;2例向内成角,平均11°。病程平均12月。结果全部患者随访12~15月,骨折均在术后6~9月牢固连接,平均愈合时间8个月,无内植入物松动等并发症。结论 LISS钢板能有效治疗股骨远端骨折畸形愈合的患者。
