改良铸造铝硅合金高温抗氧化性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在铸造铝硅合金基础上,添加Cu、Ni、Mn、V、RE等合金元素研制了改良铸造铝硅合金,并在相同的条件下,将改良铸造铝硅合金与ZL101进行了高温抗氧化性能对比试验。结果表明,改良铸造铝硅合金随着氧化时间的延长,材料表面的氧化膜逐渐长大、加厚,形成均匀、致密、完整的氧化膜,对基体有很好的保护作用;材料300℃氧化动力学曲线遵循对数规律,400℃遵循抛物线规律。这表明改良合金热力学与动力学稳定性比较好,抗氧化性能比ZL101好。 The modified Al-Si casting alloy was prepared on the basic of AI-Si casting alloy by adding alloying elements of Cu, Ni, Mn, V and RE, and the high temperature oxidation resistance of the modified Al-Si casting alloy was compared with that of ZL101 at the same situation. The results show that, with the extension of oxidized time, the modified Al-Si casting alloy surface's oxide film grows up gradually, thickens, then forms an evenly distributed, compact and complete oxide film, which has excellent protection to substrate. The curve of oxidation kinetics follows the logarithm law at 300~C and the parabola law at 400~C. The experiments show that thermodynamic and kinetic stability of the modified Al-Si alloy is good, and the oxidation resistance is better than ZL101.
