摘要
运用V-Cast模拟软件对圆筒混料机底座铸造工艺的凝固过程进行数值模拟,分析了缺陷产生的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过调整冷铁、浇注系统、冒口、补贴工艺,来实现铸件的顺序凝固。经过多次模拟,对铸造工艺方案进行了优化设计,最大程度地消除了铸造缺陷,获得了科学、合理的铸造工艺方案。
The solidification progress under casting process for the base frame of cylindrical mixer was simulated by V-Cast software, the location and cause of the shrinkage defects were analyzed. Based on this, in order to ensure castings progressive solidification, the chill, gating system, riser and subsidy were adjusted. Several numerical simulation were made to optimize casting process and the reasonable casting process was designed finally. The results show that the shrinkage and porosity are eliminated to the great extent.
