原位生成颗粒增强钢基复合材料轧辊的制备工艺及性能

摘要 采用离心铸造法,开发了耐磨性能优良的原位生成颗粒增强钢基复合材料轧辊,并着重解决了离心铸造复合材料轧辊生产过程中易偏析和产生裂纹的难题。原位生成颗粒增强钢基复合材料轧辊硬度达到66~68HRC,辊面硬度差小于2HRC,冲击韧度大于18J/cm2。用于高速线材轧机预精轧机组,使用寿命比合金铸铁轧辊提高8~10倍,接近硬质合金轧辊水平。 An in-situ synthesized particulate reinforced ferrous matrix composites roll with high abrasion resistance was developed by centrifugal casting technique. The main problems of producing the composites roll, such as segregation and crackle, were solved. Its hardness is 66~68 HRC and the hardness difference in the roll's surface is smaller than 2 HRC, its impact toughness is over 18 J/cm2. Used in the pre-precision rolling machine group of high speed wire rod mill, the developed roll has 8 ~10 times longer service life than that of alloy cast iron roll, which is near hard alloy roll.
