摘要
研究了不同摩擦系数对异型罐胀压成形过程的影响,分析了异型罐简易模型及网格剖分规律。结果表明,随着摩擦系数的增加,成形零件最薄厚度缓慢变大,壁厚最大减薄率逐渐减小;壁厚减薄速率随着胀形载荷的增加逐渐降低,在摩擦系数增加的情况下表现得更加明显。
The effects of friction coefficient on hydraulic expansion of irregular can were investigated, the can simple model and mesh subdivision of the irregular can were analyzed: The results show that, with the increase of friction coefficients, the thinnest wall thicknesses of the forming parts gradually increase, the largest thinning rates of wall thickness gradually decrease; the wall thinning rates gradually decrease with the increase of hydraulic pressures, under the condition of friction coefficient increasing, the performance is more obvious.
