摘要
根据径向摩擦焊的特点,本文系统研究了不同种径向摩擦焊接过程中摩擦产热机理,并在此基础上建立了管道的径向压力摩擦焊和径向加压径向面连接摩擦焊热输入模型,对进一步理解径向摩擦焊机理、优化焊接参数、获得高质量的接头具有重要作用,为径向摩擦焊的数值模拟和接头组织演变研究奠定了理论基础。
Based on the characteristic of radial friction welding, the mechanisms of generating heat in kinds of radial friction welding process were studied, and the heat input numerical models of radial friction welding were built. All this researches are very important for understanding the mechanisms of radial friction welding, optimizing welding parameters and improving the welding quality, and establishing a theoretical base to study numerical simulation of radial friction welding and microstructure evolution of welded joint.
