摘要
通过对GH3030高温合金的焊接性分析,结合大量的试验,最终选用合适的焊接方法、焊接材料、检测手段及焊接过程的控制,制定适宜的焊接工艺,确保了产品焊接接头各项性能指标符合GB50236-98焊接工艺评定标准。
Based on the analysis of weldability of GH3030 high-temperature alloy and extensive tests, the suitable welding methods, welding material, welding process and inspection methods for quality control were selected, which ensure the welding joints quality to meet the requirements of GB50236-98.
