摘要
基于大面积钢板对接焊角变形控制的实际需要,探讨并建立了刚性约束控制角变形的简化分析模型,应用数值模拟技术分析了约束力与约束位置的关系,以为工程实践中采用刚性约束进行角变形控制提供指导。
Based on actual needs of controlling angular distortion in the butt welding of large area steel, a simplified analysis model was established, in which angular distortion was controlled by rigid constraint. The relationship between binding and binding location was analyzed by numerical simulation, the results can provide guidances for controlling angular distortion using rigid constraint in engineering practice.
