摘要
介绍了覆膜钼粉的制备及其选区激光烧结成型、后处理工艺技术。对激光烧结成型过程进行了实验研究,获得优化的成型工艺参数;开发了成型件的后处理工艺,包括真空炉脱脂及预烧结、高温烧结钼骨架结合渗铜工艺,并制作了后处理试验件。所得到的钼铜材料具有可加工性、耐烧蚀、高电导和高热导的特点。该成型技术及材料可应用于航空航天器高温部件和电子工业高电导散热元件的制造。
The preparation method of polymer-coated molybdenum powder, its selective laser sintering rapid prototyping and post treatment technology were introduced. The laser sintering dynamic process for polymer-coated metal powder was researched. Based on the experiment results, the best laser sintering process parameters were acquired. The post treatment technology of prototyping part was developed, including degreasing in vacuum furnace, pre-sintering and sintering fi'amework-Mo by high temperature vacuum electric furnace combined with copper impregnation method. The made Mo-Cu material has machinability, ablation, resistance, good electric conductivity and thermal conductivity. The prototyping technology and material can be applied in manufacture of aerospace vehicle's fire-resisting parts, conductance and cooling parts in electronics industry.
