Implementation of Social Networking Alarm and Video Surveillance Platform

随着网络视频监控技术的发展,在监控市场上出现种类丰富的视频监控产品,主要是完成视频采集、压缩、传输或报警信号采集传输的功能。但由于这些产品没有采用统一的协议以及音视频编码格式,不能进行互联互通,给用户的使用和管理带来了很多问题,也不利于安防监控行业的规模化发展。立足于这一现状,提出了一种社会联网报警与视频监控系统平台实现技术,目标是构建一个综合的安防管理平台,整合各厂家的视频监控、报警设备,进行统一的管理、配置、维护以及音视频业务访问。该系统平台在设计时采用了分层结构,应用业务模块化设计,可进行分布式部署,支持多级级联,能适应于大规模的平安城市监控应用以及构建城市级的安防运营平台。

With the rapid development of network video surveillance technology,various video surveillance products appear on the monitoring market.These products mainly complete the functions of video capture,compression,transmission,or alarm-signal collection and transmission.However,for these products do not adopt a unified protocol,as well as audio and video encoding formats,the interoperability could not be realized,thus bringing many problems to the user for his use and management.This article,based on this situation,proposes a social networking alarm and video surveillance system platform technology,with the goal to build a comprehensive security management platform,integrate the video surveillance and alarm equipment of various manufacturers and realize unified management and maintenance of these devices.The system,with hierarchical structure in platform,modular design in application business,could be deployed in distributed mode,support the multi-level cascade.Thus this system platform is applicable to the large-scale urban monitoring and the construction of urban-level security operating platform.
