生物转化的棉秆制浆废水对番茄生长的影响

摘要 初步考察了不同稀释倍数的棉秆制浆废水经枯草芽孢杆菌转化后的转化液(简称转化液)对番茄各个生长阶段的影响。结果表明,稀释倍数适宜的转化液对番茄发芽、幼苗和植株的生长有较好的促进作用,当转化液稀释15倍(稀释后体积对稀释前的体积比)时,番茄的发芽率、幼苗鲜质量、VC含量较清水对照组分别提高了9.7%、29.2%、11.3%,植株株高较清水对照组增高了10.2cm。 The effects of different concentration of the bioconverted cotton stalk pulping waste liquor (after fermentation by Bacillus subtilis) on the growth of tomatoes were studied. The results showed that the bioconverted liquid, with the suitable concentration, can be of benefit to tomato seeds germination, seedlings and plant growth. It was concluded that the bioconverted liquid which was diluted 15 times has a better effect than other concentration on all of indexes. Among them, seed germination rate and seedling fresh weight were respectively increased by 9.7%, 29.2% ; plant height was higher by 10.2 cm, VC content was increased by 11.3% compared with the control group.
