卵巢畸胎瘤与CA199相关因素分析

Correlation factor analysis of ovarian teratoma and serum CA199

目的通过对116例卵巢畸胎瘤患者临床资料的回顾性研究,探讨卵巢畸胎瘤与血清CA199指标的相关性。方法收集近5 a来患卵巢畸胎瘤的妇科住院手术患者为研究对象,从患者的年龄,婚育情况,畸胎瘤的大小、成分,并发症等方面进行分析,寻找畸胎瘤与血清CA199水平增高的相关因素。结果血清CA199水平与患者的年龄、畸胎瘤的大小、所含的成分、有无并发症等因素有明显的相关性。结论患者年龄越小,CA199阳性率越高;畸胎瘤直径越大,CA199阳性率越高;畸胎瘤所含的神经成分或不成熟成分越多、合并扭转炎症坏死越重,CA199阳性率越高。

Objective It is to approach the correlation factor of ovarian teratoma and serum CA199 through retrospectively studying the clinical data of 116 patients with ovarian teratoma.Methods 116 patients with ovarian teratoma who were in hospital and received operation in the past 5 years were collected as investigative object.The data of the patients＇ age,marital situation,the diameter and composition of the teratoma and the complication were analyzed.The relationship of teratoma and the level of serum CA199 heightening was searched.Results The level of serum CA199 has obvious correlation factor with the patients＇ age,the diameter and composition of the teratoma and the complication or not.Conclusion The younger the patients is,the bigger the diameter of the teratoma is,the more immature and neural tissue the tumor contains,the serious torsion inflammation necrosis combines,the higher positive rate of serum CA199 represents.
