妥洛特罗贴剂治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察妥洛特罗贴剂在治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘急性发作中的作用。方法临床确诊的哮喘婴幼儿急性发作患儿随机分为治疗组21例和对照组19例,对照组给予喘乐宁、布地奈德雾化吸入和其他相应的抗感染、祛痰治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予妥洛特罗贴剂治疗。对患儿临床缓解程度进行统计分析。结果治疗组显效率为67%,有效率为29%,无效率为5%,总有效率为95%;对照组显效率为26%,有效率为53%,无效率为22%,总有效率为78%。2组疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妥洛特罗贴剂可有效控制婴幼儿哮喘急性发作,依从性好,疗效确切,不良反应少,可作为治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作的有效方法 。
