冷冻联合中药及α-2b干扰素治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Cryotherapy Combined with TCM and Interferon α-2b Gel in the Treatment of Perianal Condyloma Acuminatum

目的观察冷冻联合中药及α-2b干扰素凝胶外用治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)给予冷冻治疗后,皮损处予中药外洗,同时予α-2b干扰素凝胶外用,对照组(60例)给予冷冻治疗后外用α-2b干扰素凝胶2个月,随访6个月,分别观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为98.33%和85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷冻联合中药及α-2b干扰素凝胶外用治疗肛周尖锐湿疣临床疗效好,可降低治疗后的复发率。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cryotherapy combined with traditional chinese medicine （TCM） and Interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. After cryotherapy,the treatment group （n=60） was treated by washing the lesions with TCM and then followed by the external use of IFN α-2b gel. The control group （n=60） was treated only with external use of IFN α-2b gel for 2 months. The patients were observed for 6 months to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. Results The effective rate of the treatment and control group was 98.33% and 85.00%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion The cryotherapy combined with TCM and IFN α-2b gel is an effective method in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum. This combined method can reduce the recurrence rate after treatment.
