广州地区白纹伊蚊自然种群幼虫密度指数变动及其影响因素 被引量:25

摘要 目的掌握本地区白纹伊蚊自然种群幼虫密度指数变动规律及其影响因素,为白纹伊蚊自然种群变动的预测预报提供依据。方法对广州市不同生境的白纹伊蚊幼虫密度进行全年监测及调查,对幼虫密度变动规律及其与气候、环境的相关性进行分析。结果在广州地区,白纹伊蚊幼虫在全年各月份均发育繁殖,幼虫密度高峰主要分布于5~8月份,其密度变动与气温、雨量和孳生地环境状况有关。气温是影响白纹伊蚊种群密度变动的主要因素,而雨量对白纹伊蚊幼虫密度消长的影响程度取决于白纹伊蚊孳生地在不同环境分布。结论广州地区白纹伊蚊自然种群幼虫密度变动规律与气候因素和孳生地分布环境有关,分析白纹伊蚊幼虫密度的变动规律及其影响因素对建立白纹伊蚊种群预测预报模型具有重要意义。 Objective To study the larval density and factors affecting the population of Aedes albopictus in Guangzhou. Methods Water containers and receptacles were used for the collection of larva. The larval density of Aedes albopictus and the environmental conditions were recorded and analyzed. Results The larva of Aedes albopictus were found throughout the year in Guangzhou. The larval density reached the highest level between May and August and the density was affected by temperature,rainfall and environment of the breeding sites. Temperature was the major factor affecting the larval density. The influence of rainfall depended upon the environment of breeding sites. Conclusion The larval density of Aedes albopitus was affected by both weather and environments of the breeding sites. Results obtained from this study can be used for setting up prediction models for the analysis of population density.
