摘要
采用生物素-亲和素固相酶标法,对在高压工频场强环境中的工作人员进行了淋巴细胞凋亡率的检测,并以非高压作业人员为对照。结果实验组淋巴细胞凋亡率(5140±1158)%非常显著地高于对照组(2630±1182)%,P<001,且随暴露工龄的延长而增高。提示淋巴细胞凋亡率增高可能为上述作业人员免疫水平降低的主要原因。
The apoptosis rate of lymphocyte cell was determined for workers exposed to high frequency field by biotinavidin enzymelinked immunosorbent assay with enexposed workers as the control group.The result showed that the apoptosis rate of lymphocyte cell in the exposed group was 51401158 percent,remarkably higher than that in the control group(26301182 percent P <001),and increased as the years of exposure increased.It indicated that the increase of the apoptosis rate of lymphocyte cell might be the main cause of immunofunction decrease of the workers.
