摘要
为了调查六价铬对男性生殖功能的危害,采用“热解-乳酸基质法”测定了23名接铬男工和21名对照男工的血清及精浆乳酸脱氢酶C4同工酶(LDHX)活性。结果显示,职业性接触低水平六价铬(00135mg/m3)可致男工血清LDHX活性降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学显著意义(P<005)。接触组精浆的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)总活性及LDHX活性均显著低于对照组(P<001),LDHX/LDH比值也低于对照组,提示六价铬对男性生殖功能可能产生危害。
To investigate the effects of chromium on male reproductive function,the LDH\|X activity in serum and seminal plasma from 23 male workers exposed to chromium and 21 male controls was determined by means of so called\!hot digestion\|lactate matrixmethod.The results showed that the LDH\|X activity in serum of the workers exposed in low concentration was significantly lower than that of the controls( P <0\^05).The LDH and LDH\|X activities in seminal plasma in the exposed group were markedly lower than those in the control group( P <0\^01).The ratio of LDH\|X to LDH in the exposed group was also obviously lower than that in the control group.This suggested that reproductive dysfunction might probably be resulted in male exposed workers.
