经自然腔道内镜手术（NOTES）的感染预防 被引量：12

摘要 经自然腔道内镜手术（natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES）包括腹腔探查、腹膜活检、肝脏活检、胃肠及肠肠吻合、阑尾切除、胆囊切除等,是近年来新兴的一项微创外科技术[1].2005年ASGE和SAGES的14位专家在纽约的会议中认为感染预防在NOTES面临的十大挑战中排第3位[2].NOTES的感染预防是否值得如此重视,目前的研究进展如何,对NOTES的临床应用有何指导意义？本文就自然腔道手术中感染并发症的相关研究作一综述.
