摘要
目的通过大鼠原位肺移植模型,研究长征1号多器官保存液(简称“CZ1液”)保存肺的效果。方法将大鼠随机分为3组:对组照:以平衡液灌洗供肺,并立即移植;CZ1液组:以CZ1液灌洗供肺,保存8小时后移植;EuroColins液组:以EuroColins液灌洗供肺,保存8小时后移植。结果移植肺缺血时间,CZ1液组与EuroColins液组间的差异不显著(P>0.05);动脉血氧分压,对照组与CZ1液组比较,差异显著(P<0.01),CZ1液组与EuroColins液组比较,差异显著(P<0.01);动脉血CO2分压,对照组与CZ1液组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),CZ1液组与EuroColins液组间的差异显著(P<0.01);移植肺的湿重/干重比值(W/d),单纯保存时对照组的W/d明显高于CZ1液组和EuroColins液组,而CZ1液组明显低于EuroColins液组(P<0.05),而保存后移植,对照组的W/d明显低于CZ1液组和EuroColins液组,CZ1液组明显低于EuroColins液组(P<0.05);移植肺病理改变,CZ1液组的损伤轻于Euro?
Objective To establish an orthotopic lung transplantation model in the rat, and to evaluate the effects of CZ 1 solution for pulmonary preservation.Methods A total of 18 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 rats in each group: control group (flushed with equilibrium liquid and transplanted immediately), CZ 1 group (flushed and cold preserved with CZ 1 solution within 8h, then transplanted), and Euro Collins(E C) group (flushed and cold preserved with E C solution, then transplanted). The studied parameters included the ischemia time, PaO 2, PaCO 2, ratio of wet weight to dry weight and the pathological changes of lung grafts. Results For ischemia time, no significant difference between CZ 1 group and E C group was found. For PaO 2, there was a significant difference between control group and CZ 1 group, also between CZ 1 group and E C group. For PaCO 2, there was no significant difference between control group and CZ 1 group, but a significant difference between CZ 1 group and E C group. The ratio of wet weight to dry weight in the control group was apparently higher than in CZ 1 group and E C group, but in E C group it was apparently higher than in CZ 1 group after pure cold preserved. After transplantation and reperfusion, the ratio of wet weight/dry weight in CZ 1 group and E C group was apparently higher than in control group, but in E C group it was higher than in CZ 1 group. The pathological lesions in CZ 1 group was milder than in E C group.Conclusion CZ 1 solution was more effective than E C solution during the 8 h lung preservation.
