摘要
采用SRVⅣ型摩擦磨损试验机对比研究了喷射成型-锻造(SF-F)、电渣重熔-锻造(ESR-F)和电渣重熔(ESR)三种工艺制备的HGSF01高合金工具钢的摩擦磨损性能,重点研究了摩擦速度和载荷对SF-F态钢摩擦磨损性能的影响及其磨损机制。结果表明:SF-F态钢的摩擦磨损性能比ESR-F态和ESR态的都好;SF-F态钢的摩擦因数在低载荷时随摩擦速度的增大而增大,在高载荷时先增大后减小,摩擦速度一定时随载荷的增大而增大;随着摩擦速度和载荷的增大,SF-F态钢的磨损量增大,其磨损机制主要是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。
The friction and wear properties of HGSF01 high alloy tool steel manufactured by spray forming- forging (SF-F), electroslag remelting (ESR) forging (ESR-F) and ESR were compared by using SRV Ⅳ friction and wear tester. The influences of friction velocity and load on the friction and wear properties of SF-F steel and its wear mechanism were studied in detail. The results show that the properties of SF-F steel were better those of ESR- F and ESIL The friction factor of the SF-F steel increased with the increase of friction velocity when the load was low, but first increased and then decreased when the load was high. The friction factor increased with the load increase as the friction velocity was certain. The wear loss of SF-F steel increased with increasing the friction velocity and the load. The main friction and wear mechanisms of the steel were abrasive wear and adhesive wear.
