摘要
为查明某油井钻铤断裂原因,对钻铤断口形貌、材料化学成分、力学性能和显微组织进行了分析。结果表明:钻铤断裂属于疲劳断裂;断裂原因主要是材料韧性不足及螺纹形状不规则(存在尖角),存在应力集中,易在此处形成疲劳裂纹源。
In order to find out the cause of the drill collar fracture, the morphology of the fracture surface, chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed. The results show that the drill collar fracture was due to fatigue fracture. The main causes of the fracture were the insufficient toughness, irregular thread shape （sharpe corner） and stress concentration where could form fatigue crack orgin easily.
