摘要
目的:建立两头尖中竹节香附素A的反相高效液相色谱测定法,并采用该方法对不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量进行比较。方法:采用AltechC18分析柱,以甲醇水(7∶3)为流动相,在207nm波长处检测。结果:吉林、黑龙江和辽宁3个省采集的两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量分别为032%、03572%、02808%,平均回收率为1003%,相对标准偏差为14%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适合于对两头尖药材进行质量控制。
Objective:RP HPLC method was established for the determination of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana Regel.The content of raddeanin A in the root of the plant from different areas was determined by this procedure and compared to each other.Method:The chromatographic system consists of Alltech C 18 column and mobile phase of MeOH H 2O(7∶3)with a detection wavelength at 207 nm.Results:The content of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana Regel collected from Jilin,Heilongjiang and Liaoning Province was 0 32 %、0 3572 % and 0 2808,respectly.The average recovery was 100 3 % and the relative standard deviation was 1 4 %.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be used to control the quality of the herb.
