反相高效液相色谱法测定不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素A的含量

RP HPLC Determination of Raddeanin A in the Root of Anemone raddeana Regel from Different Areas

目的：建立两头尖中竹节香附素Ａ的反相高效液相色谱测定法，并采用该方法对不同产地两头尖中竹节香附素Ａ的含量进行比较。方法：采用ＡｌｔｅｃｈＣ１８分析柱，以甲醇水（７∶３）为流动相，在２０７ｎｍ波长处检测。结果：吉林、黑龙江和辽宁３个省采集的两头尖中竹节香附素Ａ的含量分别为０３２％、０３５７２％、０２８０８％，平均回收率为１００３％，相对标准偏差为１４％。结论：该方法准确、灵敏、简便，适合于对两头尖药材进行质量控制。

Objective:RP HPLC method was established for the determination of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana Regel.The content of raddeanin A in the root of the plant from different areas was determined by this procedure and compared to each other.Method:The chromatographic system consists of Alltech C 18 column and mobile phase of MeOH H 2O(7∶3)with a detection wavelength at 207 nm.Results:The content of raddeanin A in the root of Anemone raddeana Regel collected from Jilin,Heilongjiang and Liaoning Province was 0 32 %、0 3572 % and 0 2808,respectly.The average recovery was 100 3 % and the relative standard deviation was 1 4 %.Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and can be used to control the quality of the herb.
