高效液相色谱法测定八珍丸中芍药苷的含量

HPLC Determination of Paeoniflorin in Ba Zhen Pill

目的：应用高效液相色谱法对八珍丸中芍药苷进行含量测定。方法：选用ＫｒｏｍａｓｉｌＣ１８分析柱（２５０ｍｍ×４６ｍｍ，５μｍ），甲醇－水（３５∶６５）为流动相，检测波长为２３０ｎｍ，流速０８ｍＬ·ｍｉｎ－１。结果：线性范围：１６～９６μｇ（ｒ＝０９９９９），平均回收率９７７６％，ＲＳＤ为１０％。结论：本法简便、灵敏、准确。

Objective:HPLC was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Ba Zhen pill.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil C 18 column(250 mm×4 6 mm,5 μm), methanol-water(35∶65)mixture as mobile phase,with detection at 230 nm, flow rate 0·8 mL·min 1 and column temperature at room temperature.Results:The linear range was 1 6～9 6 μg( r =0 9999).The mean recovery was 97 76 %, RSD =1 0 %.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
