膝关节肿瘤假体保肢术的进展 被引量：1

摘要 20世纪70年代以前膝关节恶性肿瘤的外科治疗以截肢为主，新辅助化疗的实施、影像学技术的进步以及人工假体材料和制作工艺的提高，为膝关节肿瘤的保肢治疗提供了必要条件，研究证实，与截肢术相比，保肢术并不影响患者的远期生存率。现代保肢手术已成为膝关节肿瘤外科治疗的主流。
