摘要
针对黑龙江省政府投资项目管理的现状进行分析研究,发现政府投资项目管理中存在的问题,提出管理模式优化路径,为黑龙江省政府投资项目管理提供借鉴。
This paper analyzed and researched the management status of governmental investment projects in Heilongjiang province, and we found out the problems existing in the management of governmental investment projects, also the paper And it proposed that the optimizing path of management mode and provided the references of governmental investment projects in Heilongjiang province.
