摘要 评述了钢铁表面锌合金、组分调制锌基多层镀层的性能特点及研究现状,通过分析及对比指出,锌合金镀层具有耐蚀性能好、氢脆敏感性低及环保等特点,是具有推广应用潜力的新型代锌及代镉防腐镀层,其中,锌-铁合金及锌-镍合金镀层已在工业生产中得到推广应用。组分调制锌基多层镀层的制备及其耐蚀特性的研究已经取得进展,为研制新一代高耐蚀镀层奠定了基础。 The characteristics and researcyh status quo of zinc alloys and zinc-based compositional modu- lated muhilayer coatings on steel substrate are reviewed. Through analyses and comparisons, it is be- lieved that zinc alloys coatings possess many advantages, such as good corrosion resistance, low sensitivi- ty of hydrogen embrittlement and environmental protection, which have the potential to replace the galva- nized zinc and cadmium anti-corrosion coatings. Amongst all the coatings discussed, zinc-iron and zinc- nickel alloys are the most widely utilized coatings in industrial production. Some advances about prepara- tion and corrosion properties of zinc-based compositional modulated multilayer coatings have been made, which lay the foundation for developing a new generation coatings
