摘要
复杂性是知识型员工的重要特征。通过将复杂性科学的有关理论与知识型员工相结合,分析了知识型员工复杂性影响因素,主要有组织、环境、个性、领导等,并提出了应对知识型员工复杂性的对策。
The complexity is an important Characteristic of Knowledge worker.Combining the complexity theory and Knowledge-typed workers,this paper analyzed the affecting factors on the complexity of knowledge-typed workers,proposed suggestions to deal with the complexity of knowledge-typed workers.
