为考察建设创新型国家的高校科技供给对策,采用文本挖掘与统计分析方法,界定了我国科技战略需求,定义了高校科技供给的概念,并围绕研发经费、本国专利授权量与国际科学论文数3个显性指标,分析了高校科技供给的现状及与国家战略科技需求之间的协调性,提出了高校科技供给策略选择的对策。

In order to investigate university science and technology supply response of building an innovative country,this article uses text mining and statistical analysis methods,defines the strategic needs of China＇s science and technology,defines the concept of the supply of university science and technology,and Around three dominant indicators on RD,granted patents,national and international scientific the number of papers,analyzed the status and coordination of the supply of university science and technology with needs of the national strategy for science and technology,and proposed strategy selection about supply of university science and technology policy.
