摘要 以某型号月球着陆器铝蜂窝缓冲软着陆腿为对象,研究了月球着陆器月面软着陆性能。采用非线性有限元方法,建立了月壤和着陆腿结构有限元模型,进行了单腿着陆冲击非线性动力学仿真分析,将仿真结果与试验及多刚体系统动力学分析结果比较。文中还研究了月壤模型和主辅支柱结构弹性对月球着陆器着陆性能的影响。结果表明:非线性有限元分析结果与实验结果吻合较好,优于多刚体系统动力学分析结果;着陆腿主支柱的结构弹性对着陆性能影响较大;月壤有限元模型的离散化对分析结果有一定影响。 The soft-landing performance of lunar lander is studied by a certain type of Al-honeycomb buffering soft-landing leg. The finite element models for the lunar regolith and the landing leg are built by nonlinear finite element method. Then, the nonlinear dynamics of single leg landing impact is ana- lyzed. Simulation results are compared with both the test data and the multi-rigid-body system dynamics results. And the sensitivities of the lunar regolith model and the flexibilities of the primary/secondary structure to the lunar landing performance are investigated. Results indicate that the analytical results agree well with test data and are better than the multi-rigid-body system dynamics results. The flexibility of the main strut has a considerable effect on the landing performance. Results are effective for the mesh discretization of the finite element model of the lunar regolith.
