复合材料层合板冲击后剩余强度的工程估算方法和有限元模拟分析 被引量:13

摘要 为研究复合材料层合板冲击后剩余强度(CAI)的计算,本文给出了两种方法:工程估算和有限元预测。工程估算是将受冲击损伤的复合材料层合板简化为正交各向异性带孔板,按照Nuismer-Whitney平均应力准则,计算正交各向异性带圆孔板的破坏强度,作为层合板冲击后剩余强度的估算值。有限元方法则是采用Hashin失效准则和Tan的刚度降准则,在ABAQUS软件中自编UMAT材料损伤子程序,进行带孔层合板的损伤强度预估分析。结果表明,工程估算方法和有限元方法的计算结果均与试验结果相差不大,两种方法均可作为工程中估算剩余强度的有效方法。 To study the compressive residual strength of composite laminates after the impact, two methods are presented. One is used for engineering evaluation, and the other is used for FEM prediction. In engineering evaluation, the composite laminate after the impact is equivalent as an anisotropic plane with a hole. Based on Nuismer-Whitney' s average stress criterion, the compression strength of the composite laminate after the impact is calculated. In FEM method, based on the degradation criteria proposed by Tan and Hashin failure criterion, the compression strength of the composite laminate with the hole is calculated using the user subroutine UMAT in software ABAQUS. Results show that engineering eval- uation and FEM methods are in agreement with experimental data. They can be used in engineering practice.
