摘要
目前新建漂白竹浆企业时应该考虑使用ECF或TCF漂白技术。杂竹EMCC深度脱木质素硫酸盐浆经三段ECF漂序DQP、D0(EOP)D1可以漂白至80%ISO;另一种竹材硫酸盐浆使用低ECF漂白EopD(PO),可漂白至88%ISO;国外的一种竹材硫酸盐浆氧脱木质素后,使用DE(D/N)D、D(EOP)DP、D(EOP)D(PO)、D(EOP)QP或D(EOP)Q(PO)等ECF三段漂白,可漂白至88%~90%的白度。竹材硫酸盐浆使用Eop(ZQ)(PO)、EopA(PO)(PO)等三段或四段TCF漂白,也能够漂白至88%~90%ISO的白度,同时纸浆具有符合要求的黏度和强度性能。竹材硫酸盐浆漂白推荐的ECF漂序为OD(EOP)D(PO)、OD(EOP)DP;L-ECF漂序为OD(EOP)Q(PO);TCF漂序为Eop(ZQ)(PO)(PO)、O(ZQ)(PO)(ZQ)(PO)。
Now the newly built plants producing bleached bamboo chemical pulp should consider using the ECF/TCF bleach-ing process. With ECF bleaching process of DQP, D0(EOP)D1, bamboo EMCC kraft pulp can be bleached to a brightness of 80%ISO. Another kind of bamboo kraft pulp can be bleached to a brightness of 88%ISO by using EopD(PO). A kind of bamboo kraft pulp abroad can be bleached to a brightness of as high as 88% to 90% after using DE(D/N)D, D(EOP)DP, D(EOP)D(PO), D(EOP)QP or D(EOP)Q(PO). After removing the lignin by oxygen, a kind of bamboo kraft pulp can be bleached to a brightness of as high as 88% to 90%ISO with qualified viscosity and strength properties. The suitable ECF bleaching process for bamboo kraft pulp is OD(EOP)D(PO) or OD(EOP)DP. Suitable TCF process is Eop(ZQ)(PO)(PO) or O(ZQ)(PO)(ZQ)(PO).
