摘要
在工业测量中,为控制构件生产加工的精度,常需要以构件上特定的型线为轴或以特定的平面为基面建立坐标系,以检测构件的尺寸信息是否和设计值相符。本文介绍了工业测量中常用的两种坐标系,以及用全站仪直接测得的距离和角度等信息结合空间向量运算计算坐标轴的方向余弦从而建立坐标系的方法。在开发的一套船舶精度管理软件中应用了此方法,并在船厂的船体分段检测中验证了其可行性,应用结果表明该方法计算速度快、精度高、易于程序实现。
In order to control the accuracy of producing components in industrial measurement,it is essential to build the coordinate system,of which axis and base level are based on special lines and planes.And then the dimension of the component is checked according to the design value.This paper gives two kinds of industrial measurement coordinate system and a method of building industrial measurement coordinate system by the utilization of a set of slope distances and angles measured by total station and the calculation of directional cosine of axis using space vector.This method is employed in ship accuracy control software developed by the authors.The application results validate that the method can be implemented efficiently and effectively.
