选择不同的准分子激光手术矫治中高度近视散光的效果分析

Analyse the treatment efficacy of choosing different surgical to corrective therapy middle high astigmatism

目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)和准分子激光上皮瓣下磨镶术(LASEK)治疗中高度散光的安全性和有效性。方法应用德国Asclepion-MeditecAG公司MEL70G-Scan准分子激光治疗系统对90例(133眼)中高度散光分别选用LASIK或LASEK进行治疗。随访3年以上,观察手术前后的视力、屈光度、散光及其散光轴位的变化。结果术后随访3年以上,裸眼视力≥术前最佳矫正视力者占86.46%,术后残留散光度在±1.00D以内者占90.23%,残留散光平均为-0.57D,两种术式的患者术后散光度均明显下降且均未见术中及术后并发症。结论 LASIK及LASEK手术治疗中高度散光并发症少,手术预测性好,均为安全、有效的屈光手术。

Objective To explore laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK） and laser subepithelial keratomileusis（LASEK） for the treatment of middle high astigmatism safety and efficacy. Methods 90 cases（133 eyes） with middle high astigmatism were treated with LASIK、LASEK application of the German Asclepion-MeditecAG company MEL70G-Scan laser treatment system.More than 6 months follow-up to observe the change of the pre-and post-operative visual acuity、diopter、astigmatism and axis of astigmatism. Results Patients were followed up for more than 6 months,un-corrected visual acuity ≥preoperative best-corrected visual acuity（BCVA） accounted for 86.46%,postoperative residual astigmatism within -I.00D accounted for 90.23%,residual astigmatism on average-0.57D,patients after thetwo types of surgery with astigmatism were significantly decreased and were no intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusion LASIK and LASEK for the treatment of middle high astigmatismwith few complications,with good surgical predictability,are safe and effective refractive surgery.
