加速农业科技成果转化进程是顺应新农村建设发展的迫切需要。文章阐述了湖南省实施的科技特派员制度,在农业科技成果转化的＂官、产、学、研＂体制、利益驱动机制、转化途径以及转化方式等方面进行了有益探索,旨在引发人们对科技特派员制度在促进农业科技成果转化中作用的思考。

Accelerating the transformation of agricultural ST achievements accords with the urgent requirements of new countryside construction.This paper states the Hunan province＇s helpful exploration on the transformation of agricultural ST achievements in such aspects,government-industry-university-academy mechanism,interest-driven mechanism,the ways of transformation and the methods of transformation,by implementing the ST Special Commissioner System.The aim is to initiate the thoughts on the effect of ST special commissioner system in the process of promoting the transformation of agricultural ST achievements.
