Analysis on principle of insurable interest in life insurance contract

文章提出保险利益的主体应为受益人,而时间效力应界定为受益人对被保险人在保险事故发生时具有保险利益。以此,才能实现保险利益原则的真义。

This paper proposes that the beneficiary should be the main body of insurance benefits,but time effect is defined as beneficiary of the insured in the insurance has an insurable interest when the accident occurred.Based on this,we can achieve the true meaning of the principle of insurable interest.
