摘要
目前,对吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDTC)缓蚀性的研究不多,而有关其对黄铜在3%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀未见报道。采用失重、电化学方法考察了3%NaCl溶液中APDTC对黄铜的缓蚀性能。结果表明:APDTC对黄铜的缓蚀有一最佳浓度,刚开始随着APDTC浓度的增加,APDTC对铜的缓蚀作用不断增大,在6mg/L时缓蚀效率最大可达85%,随着浓度的进一步增加,缓蚀效果反而有所下降;APDTC对黄铜的缓蚀作用同时抑制了阳极反应过程和阴极反应过程。
The inhibition performance of ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocar-bamate (APDTC) for brass in 3% NaCl solution was investigated by conducting weight-loss tests and electrochemical tests.It was found that the inhibition action of APDTC for brass was closely re-lated to concentration.The inhibition efficiency increased with in-creasing concentration of APDTC and reached the best of 85 % at a concentration of 6 mg/L.The inhibition efficiency decreased with further increase of concentration.In terms of the inhibition mechanism,the inhibition action of APDTC for brass was domina-ted by simultaneous inhibition of anodic and cathodic processes.
