摘要 坚膜处理对不锈钢着色膜的耐磨性和耐蚀性有重要的影响。研究了2种不同坚膜方法处理后膜的耐磨性和耐蚀性,利用扫描电镜及X射线能谱仪对坚膜处理前后着色膜的表面形貌和成分进行了分析,讨论了坚膜处理对彩色不锈钢耐磨性和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:经电解坚膜处理后着色膜的耐磨性和耐蚀性明显优于经化学坚膜处理后的着色膜;坚膜前着色膜疏松、柔软、不耐磨、易被污物沾染,电解坚膜处理后由于膜中Cr、O的富集,膜上微孔基本消失,增强了膜的耐磨性能和耐蚀性能。 Two types of hardening methods were conducted on coloring films of stainless steel.The morphology and composition of the coloring films before and after formation of the hard films were analyzed by means of scanningelectron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry.The effect of hardening on the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the coloring films on stainless steel was investigated.Results show that the coloring film on stainless steel after electrolysis treatment shows better wear resistance and corrosion resistance than that subjected to chemical treatment.The coloring film with-out electroless forming hard film was loose and soft,possessing poor corrosion resistance and being susceptible to damage and contamination.After hardening by electrolysis,pores in the colo-ring film tended to disappear,and the wear resiatnce and corro-sion resistance of the coloring film were greatly improved due to enrichment of Cr and O.
