摘要
已有的磷化液中含有一些添加剂,会产生大量的沉渣,对磷化液进行优选,可以提高磷化质量。研制了一种用于钢铁制品的新型锌钙系中温磷化液。讨论了游离酸度、总酸度、促进剂、磷化时间、磷化温度、某些离子和杂质对磷化膜的影响,总结出了最佳工艺条件。
A new phosphating solution of zinc-calcium series for phosphating of iron and steel at moderate temperature was developed.The effects of free acidity,total acidity,accelerator,phosphating time,phosphating temperature,ions and impurities on the performance of the phosphating coatings were investigated,and the optimized phosphating parameters were determined.
