摘要
利用动电位扫描极化技术,研究了不同浓度的4种环境友好型缓蚀剂(Na2WO4,Na2B4O7,C6H11O7Na,C15H29NO3Na)对304不锈钢在3.5%NaCl中(pH=7,t=25℃)的缓蚀作用。结果表明:Na2WO4,Na2B4O7,C6H11O7Na对不锈钢的点蚀诱发及扩展均有抑制作用,C15H29NO3Na只对不锈钢的点蚀诱发有抑制作用;Na2WO4,Na2B4O7和C15H29NO3Na主要对体系的阳极极化过程产生影响,而C6H11O7Na对体系的阳极极化和阴极极化过程均产生影响。
The corrosion inhibition function of various environmentally acceptable inhibitors ( Na2 WO4,Na2B4 O7,C6 H11O7Na and C15H29NO3Na) on 304 stainless steel in 3.5% NaCl solution was evaluated by using dynamic potential scanning technique.Results show that Na2WO4,Na2B4O7 and C6H11O7 Na are able to retard the induction and propagation of pitting corrosion of the stainless steel,but C15 H29NO3Na is only effective in inhibiting the induc-tion of pitting corrosion of the stainless steel.Briefly,Na2 WO4,Na2B4O7 and C15H29NO3Na only influenced the anodic polariza-tion of the system,while C6H11O7Na influenced both the anodic and cathodic polarization of the system.
