摘要
为了保证高强度钢与氯化铵镀镉层的结合力,镀前常作活化处理,而活化液以六次甲基四胺作为缓蚀剂,其用量对活化的质量至关重要。为此,以试验为基础,确定了高锰酸钾氧化滴定六次甲基四胺的化学反应条件及其准确的化学计量关系,并编制了采用返滴定法进行测定的具体化验分析工艺;最后以标准试样化验分析结果的准确度验证了化验分析工艺的可靠性。生产实践证实,该化验分析方法准确度高,可满足实际生产要求。
It is imperative to properly control the dosage of hexamethylene tetramine [(CH2)6N4] inhibitor in the activation solution for Cd electroplating in NH4Cl bath so as to endure satis-factory activation effect and adhesion of the Cd coating to sub-strate as well.Thus experiments were carried out to determine suitable chemical reaction conditions and accurate chemical stoi-chiometry for titration of (CH2)6N4 by KMnO4.A specific labo-ratory analysis process based on back titration was established,and its reliability was verified in relation to the accuracy for anal-ysis of standard sample.Production practice proved that the es-tablished laboratory analysis method had a high precision and could meet practical requirements for industrial production.
