摘要
在稀H2SO4介质中,头孢唑啉钠在滴汞电极上于-0.70V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱还原峰,头孢唑啉钠的浓度在0.8-600μg/mL范围内与其所产生的峰电流呈线性关系,建立了用单扫描示波极谱法测定药物中头孢唑林钠含量的新方法,此方法检出限为0.41μg/mL。用于实际药品制定,结果与药典法一致。
In a supporting electrolyte containing dilute H2SO4, a reductive peak of cefazolin sodium was observed at --0. 70 V (vs. SCE). A liner relationship was found between the intensity of the cefazolin sodium peak and the concentration of cefazolin sodium in the range of 0.8-600 μg/mL, and the detection limb was 0. 41μ g/mL. A new method for the determination of cefazolin sodium by linear-sweeping oscillopolarography was established. The results agree very well with those obtained by the conventional pharmacopoeial method.
