油酸臭氧氧化法制取壬二酸的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以工业级油酸为原料,醋酸为溶剂,MoO3为催化剂,研究了臭氧氧化法制取壬二酸的过程。系统地考察了溶剂配比、反应温度、气体流量、臭氧浓度、催化剂配比等因素对各步反应的收率,以及壬二酸总收率的影响,并据此优选工艺条件。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:原料与醋酸质量比为1;3,催化剂质量浓度为0.5%,臭氧化温度为20-25℃,臭氧浓度为48.63mg/m3,氧化裂解温度为90℃,氧气流量为0.5L/min。在此条件下,壬二酸产品的总收率可达72.42%。 The synthesis of azelaic acid by ozonolysis was described. Azelaic acid was synthesized from oleic acid by using acetic acid as solvent and MoO3 as catalyst. The effects of the major factors,such as the mass ratio of solvent and oleic acid, reaction temperature, gas flow rate, ozone concentration and the amount of catalyst, were systematically studied. The results showed that when the solvent ratio was 1 : 3, the amount of catalyst was 0.5% of oleic acid, the ozonolysis temperature was from 20 to 25 ℃, the ozone concentration was 48.63 mg/m3 , the oxygenolysis temperature was 90 ℃, and the oxygen gas flow rate was 0. 5 L/min, the yield of azelaic acid was up to 72.42%.
