This paper describes the structure, principles, performance of the pressure curved sieve and the application during polyamide-6 chip production. It is explained that pressure curved sieve plays a role in chip dehydration process, after using a pressure curved sieve, the operation load of dehydrated machine is reduced, life is longer, maintenance fee is down and water contents of chip surface is decreased.
