摘要 通过建立一个双晶模型,采用晶体塑性有限元方法研究了FCC晶体中晶界上空洞的长大和聚合行为,分析了变形失配对晶界上球形空洞长大和聚合的影响。研究结果表明:晶界上的等效塑性应变大于单晶中的等效应变,且空洞易沿着晶界长大;随着晶粒间取向因子差异的增加,晶粒间变形失配更加严重,空洞越易沿着晶界长大和聚合。 Based on a double crystal model,the growth and coalescence behaviors of cavities at the grain boundary in FCC crystals were studied by crystal plasticity finite element method to investigate the influence of deformation mismatch on growth and coalescence of the spherical cavities at the grain boundary.The results show that the equivalent plastic deformation along the grain boundary is larger than that in single crystals,moreover,the cavities tends to grow along the grain boundary.With the wideness of orientation factor differences between the grains,the deformation mismatch of grains becomes more serious,and cavities are easier to grow and coalesce along the grain boundary.
